Consignments and returns

Your parcel delivery

Packages are usually shipped within one day of receipt of payment and are sent via DPD or GLS. No matter which package you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your shipment online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation charges vary by country of delivery. We advise you to group your products in one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.

The boxes are large and your items are well protected. We pay special attention to the protection of sensitive items.

Orders exceeding the amount of PLN 300PLN** are exempt from shipping costs in Poland. 

Domestic shipping costs:

• Paczkomaty Inpost - 11,99PLN
• Paczkomaty Inpost - Parcel at the weekend - 15.99PLN
• Standard courier delivery - 13PLN 
• Cash on delivery courier service - 17PLN

**Not applicable to wholesale orders and "Weekend parcel" shipment.

Cost of international shipping:

We carry out orders to all EU countries, as well as Norway and Iceland. In case of orders to countries not included in the list, please contact the service office in order to agree on the possibility of order processing.  ***For shipping outside the EU, the price includes export duties.
