I Return of goods
You have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase of goods, within 14 days of their receipt. When withdrawing from the contract you do not have to give a reason for withdrawal.
To return the goods, fill in the return form and send it in a package together with the returned products.
II Complaints
You have the right to complain about faulty goods by filling in the complaint form and sending it to us in a parcel with the returned products. If the complaint is accepted, the purchase costs together with the shipping costs will be refunded to the account number given in the return form.
Remember, if the damage to the package and the product was caused by transport to you, the basis for the complaint to be accepted by the courier company is a completed damage protocol, which you will receive from the courier delivering the goods.
III Exchanges
In case of a mistake when placing an order, you can exchange the goods for the correct one by covering or receiving from us the difference in prices of the products to be exchanged, and by paying the shipping costs again.
